The family, of the late John Nearing, would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all those who shared their love, sympathy and support during our loss. Thank you to TW Curry Parkview Chapel for their caring and expert services. Thank you to Fr. Dennis Lamey, St Theresa’s Choir and everyone who made his funeral service beautiful. To the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 138 Ashby, thank you for the Honour Guard, your presence at the funeral and the lovely reception. He would have been pleased. Grampy would have been very proud of the participation of his grandchildren at his service. We would like to thank the caregivers that have been with Dad over the last few years; your care and concern has been greatly appreciated. We would like to give special thanks to all our relatives and friends for all your generous gifts of food, flowers, cards and donations in his name.
