Passed suddenly away in the presence of his loving family at the Health Science Centre on Friday, October 28, 2016, Bernie Myers of Chapel's Cove in his 61st year. Predeceased by his mother and father in-law Wilson and Julia Flynn, brothers-in-law: Gary Corbett, David Flynn, Gary Bendall and sister in-law Pauline Flynn. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife of 32 years, Linda (nee Flynn), son Scott, daughter Nicole Walsh (Colin), his one and only precious grandchild Reid Bernard, loving parents Vincent and Marion, sisters and brothers Rose Veitch (Pat), Cecilia Corbett, Tony (Mary), Gary (Janice), Vincent (Elizabeth), Bob (Sherry), Linus (Jodi), brothers and sisters-in-laws: Pat (Lil), Edward, Wilson (Maureen), Michael (Maxine), Geraldine, Joseph (Susan), Anastasia (Donald), Alice, Tom (Karen), and Barbara (Joe), many nieces, nephews, and a large circle of extended family and friends especially his buddy Ryder. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Sunday and Monday from 2-9 pm and Tuesday from 11 am - 1 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place from SS. Peter & Paul Church, Harbour Main at 2 pm on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. Cremation to follow with Inurnment at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H.
