Patricia Gale (Hunter Greene) Saunders. Patricia passed away peacefully at the Edson Hospital on October 29, 2016. Patricia was born in Windsor , Nova Scotia on December 12, 1941. She was the oldest daughter of Howard and Frances (O'Connell) Hunter of Sweets Corner, Hants County, NS. Patricia leaves to mourn her loving husband, Tom; daughters Gayle Saunders and Jackie (Ron) Macumber of Edson, AB; grandsons Andrew Ripley of Edson, Stephen Macumber of Edmonton and Wyatt Saunders of Edson; a sister Debbie (Carl)Siler of Avondale, NS and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was pre-deceased by her son Martin, grandchildren Roben and Jillian, her parents Howard and Frances, her brothers Doug and Larry and her first husband Duncan Greene. Patricia was loved by everyone who knew her and her greatest joy was her family. A celebration of her life was held at the Edson Legion on Friday November 4, 2016. Donations can be made to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lung Foundation.
