The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Sunday November 6, 2016 of Mary Emilda Arsenault, Summerside aged 76 years. Beloved common-law wife of Alcide Richard. She was born in Tignish on October 12, 1940, the daughter of the late Edmund and Mary (Pitre) Arsenault. Dear mother to Tanya Dean, Truro, N.S.; Debbie Newhook, Elmsdale, N.S.; Joey (Cheryl) Arsenault, Alberton; Troy Arsenault, (Linda Waite), Summerside and Gloria (Richard) Poole, Massachusett, US. She is survived by her sister Stella (Alfred) Gallant, Tignish. Loving grandmother to Megan, Raymond, Katrina, Kolton, Kelsey, Caitlin, Sheena, Amber, Keisha and Abby. She was predeceased by parents Edmund and Mary, sister Alvina, brothers Emile, Reggie and Adrian.
