The death occurred on Friday, Nov.4,2016 at the QE11 Halifax of Preston George Hume of Montague age 75. Beloved husband of Annie Joyce (Butler), loving father of Kenny (Theresa), Sharon (Mark) King, Dale (Melanie) and Darren (Shelley). Grandfather to Christopher, C hristian, Ryan, Cameron and great grandfather to Jantina. Survived by brother John and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents George & Annie (Acorn), brother Jimmy, daughter-in-law Betty. Resting at Southern King's & Queen's funeral home, Murray River for visiting hours on Tuesday, Nov.8 from 6-9 p.m. A private funeral for family & friends will be held on Wed. Nov.9.
