It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Ann Humphries on Sunday, November 5, 2016 at age 71 years. Predeceased by her parents Josephine and Cyril O'Dowd. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories of 47 years, her husband Peter Humphries, daughter Karen Spurrell and husband Chris of CBS, son David Humphries and wife Jamie of Edmonton, Alberta, 5 grandchildren Emily, Bradley, Ayden, Isabella and Jack, sisters-in-law and their families, Rose Hood (Bill), Cameron and Ryan, Florence Knee (Jeff), Travis and Tyler. Also a large circle of other relatives and friends, especially her darts buddies and card group. Flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Carol Ann's memory to the Diabetes Association. Visitation at the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews, Wednesday, November 9, from 10 - 12 pm ,1-4 and 6-9 p.m. from where a Prayer Service will take place on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 10 am.
