EILEEN MCLEAN
Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Juravinski Hospital in her 77th year. Eileen now joins her beloved husband Arthur in heaven. Dear mother of Weldon (Marilyn), Ada (Jim), Gary and Patti (Rich). Proud grandmother “Bunga” of Scott and Heather Smith, Karalena and Patrick McLean, Brooklynn and Madisynn Vissers. Dear sister of Rita, Ada, Sheila, Anna, Lillian, Michael, Helen, Hughena, and Donna. Predeceased by Douglas, Marie, and Patrick. Best friend of Gail Munro; together they were kindred spirits for life.
Eileen loved serving students as a life-long educator and principal in the Hamilton Wentworth Catholic School Board.
Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME-FENNELL CHAPEL, 322 Fennell Ave. East, Hamilton on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 7- 9 p.m. Prayers at 8:30 p.m.
The funeral service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Annunciation of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, 280 Limeridge Rd. West, Hamilton. Cremation to follow.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
