It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rita Jane Bath announce her passing at the Parkstone Enhanced Care Nursing Home in Halifax, NS on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at the age of 92 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold James Bath (August 2001). Friends may visit Oakland United Church on Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 10 a.m. - 12 Noon, from where the funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Wendy Lowden officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations are graciously accepted to the SPCA and the Salvation Army Food Bank.
