It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bill Brumsey Sr. announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on December 29th, 2016 at the age of 74 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Annie, his children: Bill Jr. (Amanda), Chad (Jennifer), Lynn (Harold Chubb), Mason (TeeJay Jesso), his grandchildren Brady, Riley, Chad Jr., Meagan, Larissa, Chloe, Adrian, Ameron and Charlie. Also leaving to mourn are his siblings: Daisy (Everette) Alexander, Linda (Herman) Alexander, Lester (Laverna) Brumsey, Calvin (Gladys) Brumsey, Judy, Peggy, Janice (Dave) Kane, Mary (Ray) Alexander, Brian, Joshlyn, Diana (Brian) Smith, sister-in-law Eileen, brothers-in-law Lawrence (Mary), Jim Wilson, Eddy Sheppard and a large circle of nieces, nephews, friends and fellow knights. He was predeceased by his parents William and Blanche Brumsey, his siblings Catherine, Theresa, Dorothy, Pearl and Matthew. Visitation will take place on Monday, January 2nd from 2-4 and 7-9 at Russell's Funeral Home in Stephenville Crossing. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 3rd at 10 a.m. from Assumption Parish with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery on Brook Street.
