Passed peacefully away, surrounded by his family, on Monday, January 2nd, 2017 at Kenny's Pond Retirement Residence Dr. William Joseph (Joe) Carroll, aged 94 years. Predeceased by his first wife, Geraldine (Arnold), 1987, he leaves to mourn their three children: David (Linda), Jo-Ann (Gary) Sooley, and Heather Danielson; grandchildren Richard (Ashley) Carroll, Joe (Stephanie) Carroll, Jennifer (Stephen) Rimmer, Jeffrey (Pamela) Sooley, Sarah (Jessie) Davis, Jeremy Danielson and eight great-grandchildren. Also left to mourn are his current wife, Mary, her son Larry (Thelma) Feltham, grandchildren Stacy Feltham (Marc Cutler), Bethany (Derek) McDonald and two great-grandchildren, and his sister, Phyllis, in Calgary. He is also predeceased by his brother Jack. Visitation will take place at Oram's Funeral Home in Glovertown on January 6th from 7-9 PM with funeral service to take place on Saturday, January 7th at 2 PM from Faith United Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faith United Church - Missionary and Service Fund. Interment of his cremated inurned remains will take place at a later date.
