It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher George Turner, husband to Shannon and father to Cole and Mathew. Survived by his mother Iris, father Ralph, sister Trish, uncle Casey, grandmother Lydia, grandfather George and wife Marlene. Chris was an excellent father, devoted husband, son, brother, nephew, grandson, and friend. Everyone who knew Chris has a happy story to share.
Chris struggled with his health after falling ill in 2014. Ultimately, he was taken from us too soon due to complications of this illness.
Chris passed away peacefully in his wife’s arms at Lion’s Gate Hospital the morning of January 7, 2017. He was a special friend to many people and will be missed by all.
