The family of David Henry Fox announce his passing on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Saint Vincent’s Nursing Home in Halifax. David was born on September 21, 1934 to George and Ada (Lounder) Fox and grew up in Amherst.
David worked some in Amherst before moving to Halifax to work. He had to retire early in life due to illness. He had many friends in Halifax who he enjoyed and like to socialize with.
David is survived by his brother Garry Paul (Beth) Fox of Riverview, New Brunswick. Many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents George and Ada, his sister Nancy, his brother Marsh and his partner Laurel Fulton.
There will be no visitation or funeral. Interment in the spring at Christ Church Anglican Cemetery.
Donations in David’s memory can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
