Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, Catherine M. Petten of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 66 years. Predeceased by parents: Leo and Mary Sullivan; brothers: Harold, Clarence, Ronald, and Michael; sister: Cynthia and infant sister: Mary. Left to mourn, husband: Lorne; one son: Lorne (Rose), Riverhead, Hr. Grace; two grandsons: Tyler and Lorne; four sisters: Diane (Gerald) Callahan, Riverhead, Hr. Grace, Ellen (Bert) Morgan, Hr. Grace South, Elaine (James) Porter, Port de Grave, and Alice (Edward) McCarthy, Riverhead, Hr. Grace; four brothers: Leo (Mary) Sullivan, Gerald (Mavis) Sullivan, Dermott (Judy) Sullivan, and Joseph (Judy) Sullivan, all of Riverhead, Hr. Grace; sister-in-law: Irene (Gary) Roach; brothers-in-law: Wayne Petten, Harold (Debbie) Petten, and Kevin (Charlotte) Petten; a large number of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
