Passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving children, he was the last of this Rumboldt and Michelin generation. Predeceased by his wife Mary (nee Reid), infant daughter Karen, his mother and father William and Susanna Rumboldt (nee Michelin); siblings: Gladys (Brian) Michelin, Mary (Harvey) Montague, John (Emmie), Stewart, Ernest (Marjorie); half-brothers: John (Edna) Michelin and Charlie (Mary) Ikey. Leaving to mourn his daughters: Linda (Chris) Thoms, Donna Rumboldt (Paul), Beverly (Brian) Cummings, Wendy (Dale) Renton, sons: Bill (Phyllis) Rumboldt, Rodney (Natasha) Rumboldt, and Scott (Kelly) Rumboldt, 20 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. We would like to thank his home care givers Monica George, Elsie Fry, and also Charlie Drodge. Resting at Moore's Funeral Home, Bay Roberts with visitation on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 2-4 PM - 7-9 PM: Monday: 10-12 Noon: 2-4 PM: 7-9 PM: Tuesday: 10-12 Noon. Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 2:00 PM from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Coley's Point with interment to follow in St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery, Coley's Point.
