Passed away suddenly but peacefully surrounded by his family at the Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. Francis P. Crotty, aged 83 years. Predeceased by his parents, Patrick and Annie Crotty; sisters Carmel Everard and Bernadette Halliday; mother and father-in-law Anne and Edward Buckingham; sister-in-law Agnes Degan and brothers-in-law Herb, John, Ed and Derm Buckingham. Leaving to mourn with saddened and broken hearts his wife Anne Marie (Buckingham); his children Francis (Donna), JoAnn (Chris Grant), Michael (Lisa) and Patricia (Anthony King); his pride and joy, his grandchildren Danielle (Neil), Jennifer (Stephen), Christopher (Jemma), Stephen (Sara), David and Allison (Chris) and their mother Michelle, Gavin, Reagan, Lucas and Katie; and special Pal Mocha II; sisters Noelle LeJeune (Fred) and Rosemary Kennedy; brother Paul Crotty (Bonnie); sister-in-law Margaret Buckingham; brothers-in-law Philip (Carolyn), Joseph (Helen), Brendan (Sandra) as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends too numerous to mention. A special thank you to Dr. Mary O'Brien and her full medical team and to the Staff at the HSC 4 North A. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Friday from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. from Mary Queen of the World Church. Cremation to follow. Private burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Vincent de Paul Mary Queen of the World or to VOWR.
