Passed away on January 29, 2017, Todd Joseph Carter of Labrador City, NL, age 45 years. Predeceased by his grandparents George and Mary (Poole) Carter. Leaving to mourn: his wife of 25 years, Sheila (O'Neill); his daughter Kayla (Carl Simmons); granddaughter Delilah, who was her Poppa's pride and joy; parents Ron and Liz Wade; in-laws Veronica (O'Neill) and Dave Dawe; also a very large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place.
