Marion Hann Myska, age 82, born Marion Gertrude Hann, died at INOVA Mount Vernon Hospital, in Alexandria, Virginia on Sunday, February 12, 2017. The cause was complications related to a fall and pneumonia.

Born February 28, 1934 in St. Johns, Newfoundland, she lived in St. Johns, Newfoundland; Rutland, Massachusetts; Warner-Robins, Georgia; and Fairfax, Virginia. She worked at a variety of different jobs over the course of her life, always winding up in charge of whatever she was doing, and spent much time as a military wife and stay-at-home mother of her three sons and as a second mother to their close friends.

Survivors include her husband Frank Burton; her sons, Frank Burton, Jr., Alfred William, and James Curtis; her daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Myska (nee Kane) and Alison; her granddaughter, Shoshanah; and her siblings, Yvonne, Daphne, William, and David. Marion was preceded in death by her parents, William and Lena Hann, her brother Walter, and her sister Edith.
