The death occurred peacefully at the Community Hospital, O’Leary on Sunday February 26, 2017 of Albert A. Perry, Tignish formerly of DeBlois aged 91 years. Beloved husband of Lucy (Doucette) Perry. He was born in DeBlois on June 1, 1925, the son of the late Alphy and Matilda (Chaisson) Perry. Dear father to Darlene Schurman (Lea), Spring Valley, PE; Wayne Perry (Marilyn), Wellington; Robert Perry (Leona), DeBlois; Lee Perry (Bernice), Lower Sackville, NS; Lester Perry (Cheryl), St. Felix; Sherry Arsenault (Michael), Charlottetown and Tammy Marchbank (Corey), Lot 16, PE. Loving grandfather to 16 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild and 5 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister Yvonne McAllister, Dartmouth, NS. He was predeceased by parents Alphy and Matilda, grandson Albert Raymond Perry, sister Alma Gillis, brothers-in-law Ernie Gillis, Albert Knox, Claude McAllister, Francis Doucette, Paul Doucette, Jerry Gaudet, Peter Gaudet, sisters-in-law Maureen and Dola Doucette, father and mother-in-law Joseph W & Emma Doucette. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road. No visitation as a personal request.
