Wallace St Clair Corbett - age 85 of Haliburton, passed away March 10, 2017 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Wallace is survived by his wife, Juanita (Turner); sons, Barry (Ellen), Sunrise Trail; Craig (Tracy), Cape Breton; grandchildren, Keith, Kiara and Lexus; brothers, Ernie (Doreen), Three Brooks; Layton, Hedgeville; Joe (Lillian), Central Caribou; Doug, Pictou; sisters, Harriet, Westville; Muriel (Gordie), West Branch; Isabel (Arnold), British Columbia; sisters in law, Janet Corbett and Teresa Corbett and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Lisby and Elizabeth (Stewart) Corbett; brothers, Harold, Eli and Stanley; sisters, Dolly, Alma and Mabel.
Visitation will be held from 1-3PM Tuesday until time of funeral at 3PM, both in McLaren Funeral Home Chapel, Pictou with Rev. Mary Beth Moriarity officiating. Burial will be in Haliburton Cemetery. Reception will follow in the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 16, Pictou. Donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the COPD Foundation.
