With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother, Helen Teresa (Vuozzo) Gosbee on March 18, 2017 of Montague, formerly of Murray River. Loving wife of the late George Gosbee and beloved daughter of the late Fred and Georgie Vuozzo. Loving mother of Lorraine (Walter) Vatcher, Glen (Loretta), Carter (Rose), Caroline (Sterling) Palmer, Jo-Anne (Gordon) Murphy, Russell and Treena. Known as “Mom”, she was unconditionally loved by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, and many special friends. She is survived by her only living sibling, Carl Vuozzo and sisters-in-law Bernice, Judy, Anita and brother-in-law Bob MacDonald. Predeceased by siblings Francis (Marie), Benny (Stella), Joey, Betty, Alfred, Dougie and Harry. Resting at Southern Kings & Queens Funeral Home, Murray River for visitation on Monday, March 20 from 4-7 p.m. In case of inclement weather the visitation will be Tuesday from 11 a.m. to time of funeral (check website for updates). Funeral service will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, March 21 at 2 p.m. Interment later in the Murray River Cemetery.
