Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, March 25, 2017 of Evelyn Wilhemina Carr (nee Holec) of Stanhope, age 75 years. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Carr. Beloved mother of Darrell (Linda) and the late Nelson. Nanny to Emily Carr. Sister of Queenie Deacon and Maude MacNeill and sister-in-law of Margie Holec. Predeceased by brother Joseph “Jr” and brothers-in-law Victor Deacon and John MacNeill. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment later in West Covehead Cemetery.
