Passed peacefully away at Carbonear Hospital on Friday, April 7, 2017, Mr. Thomas Cummings formally of South River aged 89 years. Predeceased by his mother Mary Margaret Cummings; brother Andrew (2001) and sister-in-law Marion Cummings (2015); his nephew Glen Cummings (2013). Leaving to mourn his nephew David (Grace); niece Madonna (Jim) Pomroy, and his grandnephew Adam Mackey. Uncle Tom was a kind quiet man who will be missed by his many friends. His family would like to thank his homecare workers at both the Maple Lodge, Shearstown and the Bay Roberts Retirement Centre for the excellent care he received. Arrangements have been entrusted to Moore's Funeral Home, Clarke's Beach where the service will be held. Visitations on Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 1-2 pm followed by committal service at All Hollow's Roman Catholic Cemetery, North River.
