Peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, April 16, 2017 of Charles G. Donovan of Charlottetown, age 60 years. Beloved husband of Debra (nee MacLean) Donovan and dear father of Derek MacLean (Fiona), Kelsie Donovan (Riley Grace) and Mitchell Donovan (Carl Dicks). He is also survived by three loving grandchildren Isla MacLean, Kate MacLean and Aiden Grace; sister, Mary Trainor-MacDonald (Roger Sheehan); brothers, Joseph Donovan (Bernadette) and Jimmy Donovan. He was predeceased by his parents James and Alice (nee MacPhee) Donovan and brothers Sammy and Jack Donovan. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 1 p.m. Visiting hours on Thursday 5 - 8 p.m. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada (PEI Branch).
