We the family of the late Eileen Moore, Florence, would like to extend our sincere thanks to all of our many friends and relatives who helped comfort us during our very difficult and sad time. To those who called, sent flowers, brought food to our homes, sent sympathy, Mass and enrollment cards, donations to several charities and foundations, gifts of money, gift cards and baskets, and to those who visited the funeral home and attended the funeral we appreciate every gesture more than words can say.
We would like to thank The Knights of Columbus, Sydney Mines, for their prayer service. To Father J.W. Oliver for the celebration of Mass and the altar servers- Cecil Snow, Daryl Burton and Harry Blinkhorn.
The pallbearers included Mom’s four grandchildren, Savannah Hawkins, Bhreagh, Jocelyn and Ryan Moore, Paul DiPersio (nephew) and Gerry Buffett. Thank you also to Savannah, Bhreagh and Jocelyn for their readings during the Mass.
To Rebeccah ‘Bunnie’ DiPersio (sister) and Alicia (niece) for bringing the gifts to the altar. We would also like to say thank you to the Choir and Ladies Auxiliary of Holy Family Parish, which greatly added to the celebration of mom’s life.
Also many thanks to Dr. Michele McKeough for his care and kindness to our family, staff of Miner’s Memorial Manor, which Mom called home for 12 years, who treated her with love, dignity and respect, we appreciate all your acts of kindness. The nurses of 4 West, Northside General Hospital for their excellent and professional care.
Lastly to the staff of J.M. Jobes Funeral Home, we appreciate your professional and compassionate service in our time of great loss.
Mom would be proud.
