Passed away at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre, Charlottetown May 13th 2017, Elwood (Charles) Weatherbie. Age 56 years. Father of Kayla and Tyler. Son of Margaret and the late Elwood Weatherbie. Completed arrangements to be announced later. Arrangements entrusted to the Jenkins Funeral Home.
