The family of the late David Ellsworth would like to express heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to each and everyone of you who were there during his illness and passing.

We would like to sincerely thank Dr. O’Brien and the many wonderful doctors and nursing staff of both the Cancer Centre and the Palliative Care Unit of Western Regional Memorial Hospital. Your care and support to Dave carried him and his family through a very difficult time.
