Debbie passed away suddenly at her home in Rusagonis, N.B., on Tuesday, September 25, 2007. She was born July 30, 1953, in Trenton, N.S. She was predeceased by her Mom and Dad, Lee and Harry Pye and her grandparents, Bertha and Forrest Jenkins and Mr. and Mrs. James Pye, all of Trenton. She is survived by Gary Hetherington, her companion for many years; her sister and best friend, Susan Young and her family, B.C.; brothers, David and Marty, N.B. and their families; also by aunts: Dorothy Ley, Ottawa; Verna Murray, Betty Cooke and Margaret Jenkins; and uncles, Aulden Jenkins and his wife, Rene and Frank Pye and their families. Debbie was respected for her kindness, integrity and intelligence by all that knew her. A private family service was held in N.B. Debbie is in God's hands now but we will always love and remember her. Donations to the SPCA and kindness to all animals would be appreciated.
