(Careen), Shelly Lynn Ann age 39, surrounded by her loving family and friends passed away peacefully at Placentia Health Centre on 15 September 2008. Leaving precious memories of her life with husband Leo Careen and daughter Cassandra; her parents Dominic and Sandra O'Reilly; sister Paula and brother Dominic and their families.
