At home on Thursday, December 15, 2016 of Valerie Ann MacDonald, of Charlottetown age 42 years. Beloved daughter of Wanda MacFadyen (Kenny MacPhail) and David MacFadyen; cherished mother of Daniel and Logan. She is survived by her brothers Matt and Mark (Patricia) MacFadyen; sisters Melissa (Leon) Bridle and Bethany MacFadyen; as well as several aunts and uncles. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral will take place in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 1 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Trust Fund for Daniel and Logan.
