Lydia Olive "Babe" Clough, 78, of Truro, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2007 in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Charlotte (MacKenzie) Weatherbee. She will be sadly missed by her children, Gladys Harris (Don) of Lindsay, ON, Helen Wager (Keith) of Fort McLeod, AB, Paul Clough (Beverly) of Truro; Donna Clough of Truro, Almira Henderson Johnny) of Truro; sisters, Minnie Salisbury of Whitby, ON, Edna Morrell and Barbara Reid both of Truro, Margaret Nancarrow (Bill) of Trenton, ON; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a daughter Patricia Anne; grandson Joseph in infancy; brother Victor. Visitation will be Friday, June 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and where funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m., all in the Mattatall Funeral Home, 55 Young St., Truro. Rev. Andy Crowell will officiate with burial to follow in Robie Street Cemetery, Truro.
