(1935-2010) – Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at the Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, February 24, 2010, Azariah Chipman, aged 74 years. Predeceased by his first wife Marie, parents Blanche and John, brothers Bill and Abe, sister Freda. Leaving to mourn are his wife Maxine; children: Bertha, Elizabeth, Linda Redmond (Bill), Debbie, Bruce (Mary), Dianne (Dave Street), Judy (Jim Howell); step-daughter Jolene (Trevor); grandchildren: Lori, Kelly, Dale, Mark, Nicole, April, Paul, Steven, Matthew, Veronica, John Gordon, Migdalia, Kayla, Jasmine, Gillian, Stephanie and Brian; great-grandchildren: Melissa, Hayley, Olivia, Layla and Jacob; brother Johnny (Linda); sisters: Mary and Bertha; life-long friends: Fred and Stella, as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Thursday, Feb. 25th from 11:00-9:00 and Friday, Feb. 26th from 10:00 -9:00. Funeral service will be held from St. Thomas’ Anglican Church on Saturday, Feb. 27th, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Rd.
