TORONTO - Allister Murray Macdonald, passed away June 6, 2007, in Sunny Brook Hospital, Toronto. Following school in Nova Scotia he graduated from Mount Allison University and the Nova Scotia Technical College as an engineer. He retired in Toronto after being employed with Dominion Stores. He was an avid golfer and curler. He is survived by his wife, Beth (Reagh) of Middleton, NS; son, Norman (Janet); daughter, Edith (Larry); son, Jim (Julie); four granddaughters, and a sister, Jean (Duff) MacDonald, New Glasgow. He was predeceased by his parents, A.T. and Mary Macdonald; and a brother, Ian (Mary). Friends gathered at the Donalda Golf and Country Club in Toronto on June 11, 2007, for a time of remembrance with Allister's family.
