(Lena) Passed peacefully away at Escasoni Place on Wednesday, June 4, 2008, Rachel Durdle of Winterton, age 87 years. Predeceased by husband William (Wilson) 1984. Leaving to mourn two daughters: Muriel Leduc, Montreal, Donna (Robert Green), Winterton; five grandchildren: Tina Lesyk (Glendon), Tracy Leduc, Martin, Robert Durdle, Karla Green (Ryan) and Jeremy Green; two great-grandchildren Sarah and Jason Lesyk; sister-in-law Millie Durdle; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton. Visiting hours Friday -25 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday the funeral service will take place from St. Luke's Anglican Church, Winterton at 10 a.m. Interment to take place in the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road, St. John's at 2 p.m. Flowers will be gratefully accepted or donations may be made to Daffodil Place.
