MAILLET, PATRICK P. The passing of Patrick Paul Maillet of 603 Kitchen Street, Fredericton, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, March 7, 2003 at the age of 73. Before moving to Fredericton in 1995, he lived in Toronto for 47 years. Born in Rogersville, NB, he was the son of the late Maxine and Eulalie (Aucoin) Maillet. He was a member of the Ste-Anne des Pays-Bas Roman Catholic Church in Fredericton. Surviving are two sons, Karl (Tracy) and Keith (Kara) both of Ontario, his wife Doris (Gallant) Maillet, two step-daughters, Odette and Anne, four step-sons, Charlie, Amo, JeanGuy and Donald, one sister, Mrs. Sylvain-Caissie (Claire), Worcester, Mass, two step-brothers, Flavien Maillet of St. Stephen and Alfred of Chatham, Ontario; grandchildren, and great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife Alfreda (Freda) Cormier, one sister Mrs. Thomas Bourque (Marguerite), three brothers, Fidele, Jose, and Emile, three step-sisters, Laurence, Elise, and Regina, seven step-brothers, Adelard, Ludovic, Joseph, Arthur, Gerard, Francois and Medor.. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, NB, where visitation will be held Sunday, March 9 from 7-9 p.m. and Monday, March 10, from 9-11 a.m. Funeral service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. from Ste-Anne des Pays-Bas Church. Interment in Whitby, Ontario. Donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or the Palliative Care Unit of the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital .
