CAMPBELL, JOSEPH WILLIAM The death of Joseph William Campbell of Fredericton, NB, husband of Carolyn (Jordan) Campbell occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton on Wednesday, March 19, 2003. Born in Louisbourg, NS, he was the son of William Campbell and the late Margaret Elizabeth (Boone) Campbell. Mr. Campbell served as a Supply Technician with the Canadian Armed Forces for 25 years and was present owner and publisher of Local Coffee News. He was an avid golfer, curler and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. In addition to his wife and father he is survived by three brothers, Pat(Mona), Anthony (Laura) and Mike all of Cape Breton, NS; five sisters, Sharon (Leo) Carter, Louise (Tommy) Carter, Linda (Philip) Burke, Darlene (Chris) Chisholm and Marlene (George) Taylor all of Cape Breton, NS; grandmother, Hanora Campbell of Cape Breton, NS; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton North on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 pm and Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, Fredericton, NB on Saturday, March 22, 2003 at 11 am with Father John Jennings officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the Sunny Bank Cemetery, Fredericton, NB. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
