CARR, PRESTON B. The death of Preston B. Carr of Geary, NB occurred at York Manor Nursing Home on Friday, March 28th, 2003. Born in Geary, NB he was the son of the late David B. and Laney (Till) Carr. For several years he was a farmer and a woods worker. Survived by his brothers, Ashley Carr (Amanda) and Stanley Carr (Clarissa) all of Geary, NB and several nieces and nephews. Preston is predeceased by his parents; brother, Alden Carr and sisters, Belle and Ruby in infancy. Visitation will be held at Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Sunday, March 30th, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place at the United Pentecostal Church in Geary on Monday, March 31st, 2003 at 10:30 am. Rev. Bob Foster officiating with Pastor Mark Noel assisting. Interment will take place at a later date in the Asa Carr Cemetery.
