SANDWITH, PHILLIP ADDISON The death of Phillip Addison Sandwith of Fredericton occurred on Sunday, March 30, 2003 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Houlton, Maine, he was the son of Sheila G. (Godsoe) Sandwith and the late Donald Sandwith. Phillip had retired from CFB Gagetown, where he worked as a heavy equipment mechanic, and enjoyed spending time in the woods. In addition to his mother, Phillip is survived by his sons, Troy Sandwith of Fredericton and Jason Sandwith of New Maryland; his daughter, Christieann Sandwith of Fredericton; and by his grandmother, Ruby Godsoe of Fredericton. Phillip was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Clayton Godsoe. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton North, on Tuesday from 79 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel. Rev. Doug Hapeman will officiate. Interment will take place at a later date in the Benton Community Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Troy Sandwith, Jason Sandwith, Dirk Lenentine, Benjamin Sandwith, Wayne Grant, and Fred Arnold.
