PATTERSON, GEORGE RICHARD A memorial service for the late George Richard Patterson, who died on March 24, 2003, will take place on Tuesday, April 15, at 2 p.m. at Christ Church (Parish) Church, corner of Westmorland and Charlotte Streets. Ven. John Sharpe and Rev. Elaine Hamilton will officiate. A retired teacher who taught at Oromocto High School for 28 years, he was the son of Barbara and Everett Patterson. He is survived by his parents, three brothers (Stephen, Rodney, and Christopher), an uncle (Roland Lake), nephews and nieces. The family will receive friends in the church lounge following the service. Arrangements are in the hands of McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home. No flowers by request. Those who wish may donate to a charity of their choice.
