JAMIESON, PAULINE EDNA (MCCURDY) The death of Pauline Edna (McCurdy) Jamieson wife of Edgar Jamieson occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Wednesday, May 21st, 2003. Pauline was born on July 28th, 1921, in St. Stephen, daughter of the late Thomas and Frances (Greenlaw) McCurdy and was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Pauline was a veteran of World War II serving from December 1943-April 1946 in The Canadian Women's Army Corps. She was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion, Marysville Branch # 15, and had been a client of Canadian National Institute for the Blind for the past 12 years. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, two sons, David (Patricia) of Kelowna, BC and Michael (Denise) of Bay du Vin, NB; daughter, Debbie (Scott) Northrup of Fredericton, NB; five grandchildren; several cousins, nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or funeral in Fredericton. Graveside service will be held in the St. Stephen Rural Cemetery Saturday, May 24th, 2003 at 3:00 pm followed by a Legion tribute service.
