HALL, W. LAWRENCE Born, June 15, 1919 in Sussex, N. B. passed away peacefully on June 5, 2003 in Victoria B.C. Lovingly and fondly remembered by his devoted wife of 60 years Margaret, children Vernon (Lois), Grace Whitehouse (Richard) and Eleanor Sinclair (Bill), seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and his brother Gerald (Gloria). He is predeceased by his parents, Walter and Pearl Hall and his brother, Vernon who gave his life during the Second World War. Lawrence had a successful 39 year career with Mutual Life of Canada as an agent and manager in Fredericton, N.B. and as manager in Nelson, B.C., Winnipeg, Man., and New Westminster, B.C. Lawrence was a member of Vancouver & Quadra Masonic Lodge. We remember Lawrence, Dad and Grandpa for his loyalty to friends and his incredible optimism. He loved nature and spent many happy retirement years fishing at Brown Bay (Campbell River). He especially loved teaching his grandchildren how to fish. A celebration of Lawrence's life will be held at MCCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL, Vancouver & Johnson Sts., Victoria, on Sunday, June 8, 2003 at 1:00 P.M.
