JONES, MARILYN MARINA (NEE WOOD) Marilyn Marina (nee Wood) Jones - December 6, 1934 - June 28, 2003. Born and raised in Fosterville, NB. Daughter of the late Alton and Edith Wood. After a courageous battle with cancer, Marilyn passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. Gone to be with her dear husband Elgin and daughter Wendy. She will be sadly missed by her children Debbie Hotchkiss (Lloyd) of Sault Ste. Marie, Tammy Rizzi (Enzo) of Kingston and Jack of Petawawa. Marilyn was a loving Gramma to Melissa, Thomas, Tony, Katie, Travis, Jake and Lora. She is survived by her sisters Gert Dickson (Richard), Doris Farrell (Lewis), Eileen Parker (Victor) and brother Wayne Wood (Carlene) all of New Brunswick and brothers Donald and Larry Wood both of Southern Ontario. Predeceased by her sisters Isobel and Marie and brother Ronald, Lloyd and Vaughn. Dear sister-in-law to Velvie (late Bud), Bessie (Rusty), Don (Karen), Elda (George), Marg (late Tom), John (Audrey) who have always loved her as a sister and a friend. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She has truly been an inspiration to us all; her determination, positive attitude, joy of life and her love for her family will always be remembered by those who knew and loved her. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, July 2, 2003 from 11 a.m. until time of Funeral service from the chapel at 1 p.m. Mr. Lloyd Hotchkiss Sr. officiating.
