BROOKS, JACOB W. The passing of Jacob Waterbury Brooks of Fredericton occurred Wednesday, July 16, 2003. He was 29. Born in Fredericton, he was a son of Jim and Alma (Waterbury) Brooks. Jacob is survived by his wife Sabrina Wright; two sons, Spencer and Derek; his parents; three sisters, Letha Barton (Tom), Tara Brooks and Dana Brooks (John), all of Fredericton; two brothers, John Anthony Brooks (Melinda) and Leonard Brooks (Sonya) both of Fredericton; one uncle, Peter Sappier (Mary); three aunts, Barb Paul, Shirley Brooks (Eric), Hazel MacMillian, Jean Paul (Leslie) and Julie Lane. Also survived by seven nephews and nieces, Mac, Toni, Katelyn,Allie, Brandon, Matthew and Jamie. Resting at the home of his parents, Jim and Alma Brooks, 50 Maliseet Drive, Fredericton on Thursday and Friday with the funeral service taking place at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, on Saturday, July 19, at 12:05 noon with Father Monte Peters officiating. Interment to take place in the St. Anthony's Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be; Trevor Paul, Kenny Sacobie, Harold and Shawn Paul, Jay Brooks and Joey Bear.
