RAE, WILLIAM BIDEN William B. Rae of Dumfries, died July 20, 2003 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Survived by his wife, Iris (Boone) Rae, two daughters, Karen Rae- Cloutier (Guy) and Kim Rae-Niles (Donald); a brother Allen Rae (Edith); a sister, Marjorie Jones (Ernest); two grandchildren.
