Stellarton – Gloria Joan Druhan, 66, Acadia Avenue, Stellarton, passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 21, 2008, at her residence. Born in Toronto, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Lillian (MacLean) Robinson Gloria lived in Toronto for most of her life. After her husband’s retirement, they moved to Pictou County where he originally was from. She is survived a daughter, Diane Barnett (Al), Mississauga; a son, Jamie, Toronto; godson and nephew, David Druhan (Wanda), Green Hill; and grandchildren: Daniel and Keith Barnett, James and Kelly Druhan, and Samantha and Brett Druhan. She is also survived by sisters, Evelyn and Shirley, and brothers, Ed (Doreen) and Gordie (Lillian), all of Ontario. As well, she is survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Mary Morris, Westville; Bev MacGregor (Donald), Pleasant Valley; and Deb Eisnor (Gerry), Watervale; Wayne (Carolyn) Druhan, Ronnie (Norma) Druhan, all of Westville; Matt MacPhee, Victoria, B.C.; and Barry MacPhee (Cathy), Halifax; Jack White, Priceville, Ont.; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, James Colin Druhan, in 2003 and sister-in-law, Helen White. Visitations will be held 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville, where her funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday with Rev. Aidan Kingsbury officiating. Burial will be in the Auburn Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
