GALLAGHER, CHARLOTTE ANN (EVERETT) Charlotte Ann (Everett) Gallagher, wife of Bevan Gallagher passed away suddenly on August 13, 2003 at her home. Born in Fredericton, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Margaret Everett. Over the course of her career, Mrs. Gallagher worked for the Department of Health and Wellness, the New Brunswick Community College, the University of New Brunswick Computing Centre, and Bird Stairs. She was actively involved in her community including volunteer work for the United Way, the Fredericton YMCA - International Committee, the Canadian Red Cross - International Relief, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. She was a former member of the Board of Directors of the Fredericton Golf Club, and was a member of the New Brunswick Ladies' Golf Association. In addition to her husband, Charlotte is survived by two daughters, Danielle Gallagher (Jim Mayhew) of Gibsons, BC, and Sarah Gallagher (Dan Bushnell) of Vancouver, BC; two loving granddaughters, Layla and Chloe; two brothers, Richard Everett (Neva) and Dennis Everett (Sharon) both of Plaster Rock; two sisters, Nancy Wright (Ron) of Alna, ME, and Susan Mulherin (Tom) of Plaster Rock; her mother-in-law Pauline Gallagher; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2 pm from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel. For those who wish, remembrances made to any charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
