CAPTAIN LLOYD H. MCMORRAN
MCMORRAN, CAPTAIN LLOYD H., C.D. Suddenly at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital, Picton, ON, on Thursday, August 21, 2003, at age 79 years. Beloved husband of Edna (Dixon). Survived by his sons, Larry (Susan Stewart) of Hamilton, ON, Bradley (Linda Levesque) of Fredericton, NB and granddaughters, Kerry, Kimberley and Lori Lynn. Brother of Marian (Harry Davidson) of Hamilton. Predeceased by his brother Robert. Born in Hamilton, Lloyd was a veteran of WWII, serving in the RCAF as a pilot from 1942-1946. Joining the Royal Canadian Artillery in 1951, Lloyd served as air observation pilot and flying instructor in both the RCA and RCHA, in Petawawa, ON; Rivers and Shilo, MB; Germany and the UK; Hamilton ("I"Staff); and Gagetown, NB until 1971. Following retirement Lloyd and Edna settled at West Lake in Prince Edward County. He was a member of RCL Branch #78 in Picton. Private cremation has taken place.
