WOODWORTH-PARSONS, MARGUERITE ANNIE The death of Marguerite Annie Woodworth-Parsons of Taymouth, wife of the late Melvin Parsons occurred on Thursday, September 18, 2003 at home. Born in Taymouth, NB, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Della (Sturgeon) Woodworth. Mrs. Woodworth-Parsons began her office work career at the Cotton Mill in Marysville and then later for NB Power. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseback riding, golfing, and doing crafts like hooking rugs. She is survived by one sister Bernice Colwell (Gerald) of Nashwaak Village; sister-in-law Inez Woodworth of Fredericton; two nieces Sharon Thomas, Dorothy-Anne Gourley; one nephew Dr. Ronald Woodworth, several great nieces and nephews, and several great great nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Willis Woodworth. Although there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Monday September 22, 2003 at 2 pm from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton NB with Rev. Hazel Morris-Harvey officiating. Interment will be in the Taymouth Community Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
