JAMES STANLEY DICKISON
DICKISON, JAMES STANLEY James S. Dickison, age 67 of Canterbury, passed away on Friday, October 3, 2003 at Carleton Memorial Hospital. Born in Ludlow, Maine, he was a son of the late Stanley and Ruth (Lloyd) Dickison. James enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed brewing his own beer as well as driving in the country and on back roads. James is survived by his wife, Doris Ann (Alward) Dickison; two daughters, Brenda Fowler (Ricky), Canterbury and Terri Campbell and friend Claude Ouellet, Barony; two sons, Darren Dickison and friend Julie Thurston, Stoney Creek, Ontario and Tony Campbell and friend Cathy Tompkins, Woodstock; six sisters, Laurie Cronkhite (Danny), Nackawic, Arleigh Mabie (Jack), Elaine Mabie, both of Dumfies, Eva Scott (Merlin), Davidson Lake, Gladys McCutcheon (Chester), Harvey and Arlene Dick (David), Edson, Alberta; five brothers, Andrew (Annie), Arden (Louise), Robert (Nancy), all of Meductic, Beverly (Debbie), Woodstock and David and friend Pam Gilbert, New Maryland; seven grandchildren, Misty and Mary Brooks, Kenny and Leslie Ann Campbell, Kayla and Kaitlyn Fowler and Alexandria Dickison; several nieces and nephews. James was predeceased by one brother, Donald Dickison. Resting at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic with visiting hours Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2003 at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with Rev. John Roy officiating. Interment in Barony Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Garnett Mabie, Peter Mabie, Dana Mabie, Jason Dickison, Bradley Dickison and Daniel Cronkhite.
