DONAHEE, GERALD LEROY The death of Gerald LeRoy Donahee of McKnight Street Fredericton, NB. Husband of the late Betty (Pyne) Donahee occurred on October 6, 2003 at home. Born in Marysville NB, he was the son of the late Joseph and Vera Mae (Taylor) Donahee. Gerald was a Veteran of the Second World War, retired mailman, and past president of the Marysville Legion Branch #15. Mr. Donahee is survived by one son, Gary Donahee (Lois) of Plano, Texas; three brothers, Fred Donahee (Mary) of Toronto, ON, Douglas Donahue (Mary) of Swan River, Manitoba, Stanley Donahee (Betty) of Fredericton, NB; two sisters, Hazel Ryan of Fredericton, Margaret Cole (Harry) of Sypher Cove, NB; three granddaughters, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two brothers, Samuel and Dick; one sister, Muriel Liston; two infant sisters, Phyllis Dawn and Faith Marie. By request of Mr. Donahee, there will be no visitation or funeral. At a later date, following cremation, Rev Mac Campbell will officiate a private family interment service at the Alexander Gibson Memorial Cemetery, Marysville NB.
