SHARPE, FLORENCE V. Passed away on October 29, 2003 at the Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock, NB, at the age of 76. Florence Valerie (Pike) Sharpe, of Nortondale, NB, was born on February 28, 1927 to the late Fred and Gladys (Morehouse) Pike. She is survived by her husband - Albert Sharpe of Nortondale, NB, her children - Clayton (Judy) of Temperancevale, NB, Ernest (Elaine) of London, ON, Marilyn (Wendell) McLeod of Fall River, NS, and Stanley (Debbie) of Temperancevale, NB, daughter-inlaw - Rowena (Ivan) Upham, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son - Vaughn, one brother - Harry, and three sisters - Sadie, Margaret and Jean, two grandsons - Rodney and Christopher. Visitation will be held at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville, NB, where friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2003. Funeral service will be held from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, November 1, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Leslie Beddoe officiating, assisted by Charles O'Regan. Interment will be in the Nortondale Cemetery. For those who wish, the family would appreciate donations to the Nortondale Cemetery.
